• By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our print-on-demand services, which are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure clarity regarding our production and fulfillment process.

1. Third-Party Fulfillment

• All products ordered via our platform are produced, printed, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. We do not handle printing or production in-house. You agree that fulfillment times, processes, and delivery schedules are subject to the practices and capabilities of our partners.

2. Order Processing & Production Timeline

• Once an order is placed, it will be sent to our third-party supplier for processing. The typical production time is 2-7 business days, but this timeframe is subject to change based on factors such as product availability, seasonal demand, or unexpected production delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by production issues or shipping carriers.

3. Non-Disclosure of Suppliers

• For privacy and operational reasons, we do not disclose the identity of our fulfillment partners or the geographic locations where production and shipping take place. You acknowledge that we utilize third-party suppliers for the production and delivery of products and accept that these suppliers may vary based on product type, region, and availability.

4. Product Availability & Substitutions

• Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer either an alternative product of equal value or the option to cancel the order. You agree to these terms and waive any claims arising from product unavailability or substitution.

5. Returns, Refunds & Defects

• Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective or contains an error in printing. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or error. Our liability is limited to replacing the defective product or issuing a refund, at our sole discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• No other reasons for returns or refunds will be accepted, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with color accuracy, sizing issues, or delivery delays.

6. Customization Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom designs submitted meet quality standards (e.g., resolution, formatting) for print. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images, improper formatting, or design errors. Our fulfillment partners will print designs as provided without editing, and we assume no liability for any design flaws or errors in submitted files.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or third-party handling once the product leaves our supplier’s facility.
• You acknowledge that customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility and are not included in the order price. Any failure to pay customs fees may result in delays or the return of the package to the sender, for which we are not liable.

8. Order Cancellations

• Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process, once an order is placed and submitted to our third-party supplier, it cannot be canceled. You agree that you waive any right to cancel or modify the order once processing has begun. Refunds or cancellations are only permitted before production starts, and under no circumstances will we offer refunds for custom or printed orders that have already entered production.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility

• By submitting any design, logo, or image for print, you confirm that you have full rights to the content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the use of content you submit for print.
• We assume no responsibility for verifying the legality or ownership of the designs you provide. It is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

• You understand and agree that our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or delays, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In no event shall our total liability for any claim related to the product or service exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product at issue. Any claim or dispute related to these terms must be brought within 30 days of receiving the product.

11. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, or governmental actions. You agree that such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

12. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this website, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.
