Sign up as an affiliate and choose the Diabetes Awareness Program as your affiliate link (Generate your affiliate link) to share with your followers.
Use your unique affiliate link to promote the Diabetes Awareness Program. We will track anyone who sign up for our diabetes awareness program using your link during a 30-day cookie window.
For every participant who sign up in the program through your link within that 30-day window, you’ll earn 30% of their registration fee.
If your link generates 1 million participants within one year, you will win the R100,000 cash prize.
If you’re a ShrinkBelly qualified influencer, you’ll also receive an additional 10% off coupon with your name, which you can offer to your audience on top of the already discounted program price.

Role Overview: As a Diabetes Awareness Volunteer, your primary task will be to take initiative and help raise awareness about our diabetes prevention and control program within your community. You will visit churches, businesses, and schools to briefly explain the purpose of our Diabetes Awareness Program and encourage individuals to participate.
Easy Steps To Cash Prize!
- Approach churches, businesses, and schools to share the key messages of our Diabetes Awareness Program.
- Distribute and collect sign-up sheets (Provided Upon Request) from individuals interested in taking part in our online diabetes prevention and awareness program.
- After gathering contact details, open a communication group (e.g., WhatsApp) and add all participants. Share the program link using your affiliate link and assist them with signing up or navigating the website if needed.
- Using your affiliate link will help us track your 30% online sign ups in case you to don’t qualify for the R15 000 cash prize. You will still be paid all affiliate related sign-ups during the 30 day cookie window.
- You are required to enroll at least 200 participants into our online diabetes program during 30 days period, averaging 50 new participants each week.
- To qualify for the R15,000 cash prize, you must successfully enroll 200 participants to the program over 30 days. Upon submitting the completed sign-up sheets with 200 verified participants, you will receive the monthly reward.
Success Criteria:
- 200 participants per month.
- Maintain communication with the participants to ensure they successfully sign up and engage with the program.
- Submit the required sign-up sheets with 200 participants at the end of each 30-day period to qualify for the reward.
